8mbed Terms & Conditions

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 8mbed platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 8mbed reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice published on the platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the 8mbed platform including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting (including cricket betting), slot games, crash games, poker, virtual sports, and all promotional offers. References to 8mbed include all associated domains, mobile experiences, and services operated under the 8mbed brand.

To register an account and use the 8mbed platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 8mbed strictly enforces this age limit and conducts age verification checks. Players found to be underage will have their accounts closed and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must register only one account in your own name. Registration using false, incomplete, or third-party identity information is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 8mbed or have a current active self-exclusion in place on the platform unless that exclusion period has formally ended.

8mbed reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by 8mbed may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 8mbed platform. Registration requires a valid mobile phone number based in Bangladesh and a secure password. The mobile number provided at registration is used as the primary identifier for your account and for all communications from 8mbed. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your contact information at all times.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 8mbed account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 8mbed will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to secure and compliant platform operations, 8mbed may require you to complete a Know Your Customer verification process at any stage. KYC documentation typically includes one or more of the following:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement showing your name and residential address in Bangladesh.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 8mbed account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment network. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 8mbed, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. This is a platform-wide requirement without exception.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• Active bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared real-money funds are eligible for withdrawal.

8mbed does not impose withdrawal fees on standard transactions processed to bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. Any fee applied is determined solely by the payment provider and not by 8mbed. Players are advised to check current fee schedules with their chosen payment provider prior to initiating a withdrawal.

8mbed offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and seasonal offers timed around Bangladesh's major events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for 8mbed's welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The bonus is credited as a 100% match on the first deposit amount, subject to a minimum qualifying deposit of ৳500. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible new player once only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using the same or different accounts are treated as bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds issued by 8mbed are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before they may be withdrawn as real money. The standard wagering requirement applicable to bonus funds is stated in the specific promotion terms for each offer. General conditions that apply to all bonuses include:

• Wagering must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering at the end of the promotion period will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games and sports betting wagers may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each game type is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 8mbed reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a player's account. Once credited, the bonus terms at the time of crediting apply.

Bonus Abuse

8mbed actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to: coordinated bonus farming using multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting. Where bonus abuse is detected, 8mbed reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the relevant account(s), and report the activity to relevant financial monitoring bodies where applicable under international anti-money-laundering standards.

Sports Betting Rules

8mbed uses advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with relevant financial investigation authorities. All suspicious activity is logged and may be reported without prior notice to the player concerned.

8mbed reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 8.
• The player's account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen financial credentials.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so, or has provided false or misleading documentation.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account after deduction of any amounts owed to 8mbed (including voided bonus winnings and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances are not returned upon account closure.

8mbed collects, processes and stores personal data provided by players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and platform use. The collection and use of personal data is governed by the 8mbed Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

8mbed applies SSL encryption to all data transmissions between the player's device and the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 8mbed's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8mbed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 8mbed will publish a notice on the platform with at least 7 days advance notice before the amended Terms take effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 8mbed platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the general principles of commercial law recognised in the jurisdiction in which 8mbed operates.
